肖莎，副教授、校聘教授，博士生导师。从事非均匀岩土介质弹性力学、断裂力学、边界元法等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和北京市自然科学基金面上项目。以第一或通讯作者在学术期刊上发表论文20篇，其中SCI论文18篇。入选北京市海外高层次人才计划（青年项目）、fun88官网体育高层次人才队伍建设计划“青年优秀人才”。兼任中国岩石力学与工程学会岩体物理数学模拟专业委员会委员。
